Day 10;
My first leg day after a long long time.
I used to love leg days, one of my strongest point.
80-100 kgs were an easy go then moving up to 120-140kgs on my best days. My height is about 174cm and I weighed around 75-78 kgs back the so it was quite the big deal for me.
In the beginning of my journey the early stages I was made fun of for not being able to squat which pushed me to be unstoppable when it came to leg days.
But then day 10 hit me quite deep haha, I pulled my hamstring doing a 20 kgs hamstring curl was quite embarrassing and disappointing but worth it.
Long story short I got back on track and I felt good again, restart button is never easy but it is necessary to keep moving forward in life.
God has given me everything physically and kept me healthy, why should I waste it?
Not this time, I will rise up again and so will you!
